At Chesscom.shop, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your opening gambit. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from wear, washes, or scent.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
